McKenzie法联合腰椎牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床分析

目的探讨应用McKenzie法与腰椎牵引联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法抽取90例患有腰椎间盘突出症的患者，将其分为对照组和治疗组．每组45例。采用腰椎牵引方式对对照组患者实施治疗：采用McKenzie法与腰椎牵引联合对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者腰椎间盘突出症治疗效果明显优于对照组；治疗前后JOA评分的改善幅度明显大于对照组；腰椎间盘突出症状控制时间和治疗方案实施时间明显短于对照组：两组患者治疗期间均未卅现明显不良反应。结论McKenzie法联合腰椎牵引对患有腰椎间盘突出症的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Clinical analysis of McKenzie method combined with lumbar traction in treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective To research clinical curative effect of McKenzie method combined with lumbar traction on pa- tients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods Ninety cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into control group and treatment group, 45 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated by lum- bar traction, patients in treatment group were given McKenzie method and lumbar traction treatment. Results Clinical curative effect of treatment group was superior to control group; before and after treatment, JOA score improved signifi- cantly greater than control group; lumbar disc herniation symptoms control time and treatment time was significantly shorter than that in control group; there was no any adverse reaction in two groups of patients during treatment. Con- clusion Clinical curative effect of McKenzie method combined with lumbar traction on patients with lumbar interverte- hral disc protrusion is very obvious.
