腹腔镜治疗小儿腹腔型隐睾的临床观察

目的探讨腹腔镜技术在小儿腹腔型隐睾治疗中的应用。方法回顾性分析2004年1月～2011年12月120例腹腔型隐睾患儿行腹腔镜手术的临床资料。结果 5例确诊为睾丸发育不良,切除睾丸残余;5例确诊为睾丸阙如无法进行手术治疗;81例行腹腔镜Ⅰ期睾丸下降固定术;29例行分期Fowier-Stephens手术。术后随访1～2年,无睾丸回缩、萎缩、坏死等并发症发生。结论应用腹腔镜技术治疗小儿腹腔型隐睾,具有定位准确,手术损伤小、精素游离充分、手术成功率高、术后并发症少等特点,可作为小儿腹腔型隐睾的首选治疗方法。

The experience of laparoscopic treatment of abdominal type cryptorchidism pediatric

Objective To study the application of laparoscopic technique in abdominal type cryptorchidism pediatric. Methods The clinical data of laparoscopic surgery in 120 cases who with abdominal type cryptorchidism were retro-spective analyzed from January 2004 to December 2011. Results 5 cases were diagnosed with testicular dysplasia, removal of residual testis; 5 cases diagnosed with testicular deficiency but unable to undergo surgery treatment; 81 cases underwent laparoscopic Ⅰ fixation testicular descent; 29 cases installment Fowier-Stephens routine surgery. It followed-up of 1 to 2 years postoperative, there was no retraction, testicular atrophy, necrosis and other complications occurred. Conclusion The application of laparoscopic treatment of abdominal type cryptorchidism pediatric, with accurate positioning and small surgical injury, spermine free fully, high surgical success rate, less postoperative complications etc, it can be used as a treatment of choice for pediatric celiac cryptorchidism type.
