曲马多联合吗啡对胃癌术后镇痛的效果及其对免疫功能的影响

目的探讨分析曲马多联合吗啡术后镇痛对胃癌术后镇痛的效果及其对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2010年12月-2012年12月于本院进行手术治疗的54例胃癌患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（吗啡组）27例和观察组（曲马多联合吗啡）27例，将两组患者术后12h、24h及48h的VAS评分及术前、术后1、5、10d的细胞免疫指标进行比较。结果观察组术后12h、24h及48h的VAS评分及术后1、5、10d的细胞免疫指标均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论曲马多联合吗啡术后镇痛在胃癌术后镇痛中的效果较好．且对患者免疫功能也有积极影响。

Comparison analysis on the postoperative analgesia of Tramadol com- bined with Morphine in patients with gastric cancer and its influence for the immunologic function

Objective To study and analyze the effect of postoperative analgesia of Tramadol combined with Morphine in patients with gastric cancer and its influence for the immunologic function. Methods Fifty-four patients with gastric cancer in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were selected as research objects, and they were ran- domly divided into control group （Morphine group） 27 cases and observation group （Tramadol combined with Morphine group） 27 cases, then the VAS score after operation at 12 h,24 h and 48 h and cellular immunity indexes before and after the operation at first, fifth and tenth day of two groups were compared. Results The VAS score after the operation at 12 h, 24 h and 48 h and cellular immunity indexes after operation at first, fifth and tenth day of observation group were all better than those of control group, the differences were all significant （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The postoper- ative analgesia of Tramadol combined with Morphine in patients with gastric cancer is better, and its influence for the immunologic function is active too.
