| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨甲氨蝶呤用于治疗异位妊娠的临床效果.方法 对照组给予米非司酮,观察组给予MTX联合米非司酮,观察两组临床疗效及药物不良反应情况.结果 观察组总有效率为86.21%,明显高于对照组的68.97%;肝肾功能异常率为11.49%,明显优于对照组的41.38%,比较差异均具有统计学意义,P均＜ 0.05,且两组均未出现严重不良反应.结论 甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠临床疗效确切,对保留患者生育功能有积极的临床意义,值得临床应用和推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of MTX for treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods The control group was given mifepristone, observation group were given MTX combined with mifepristone, to observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups of drugs. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 86.21%, significantly higher than that in control group （68.97%）; liver function abnormal rate of 11.49%, significantly better than the control group （41.38%）, differences were statistically significant, all P 〈 0.05, and the two groups had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Clinical efficacy of the treatment of ectopic pregnancy with methotrexate is effective, has positive clinical significance in patients with retained reproductive function. |
