沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂在中重度哮喘治疗中的效果与安全性

目的探讨沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂在中重度哮喘中的治疗效果。方法将120例本院2011年12月～2012年2月收治的哮喘患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用雾化吸入布地奈德治疗，观察组采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸人剂治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效及肺功能变化。结果观察组的有效率为91．7％．明显高于对照组的73．3％。观察组的肺部体征、咳嗽、呼吸困难消失时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组均无不良反应出现。结论沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗中重度哮喘疗效较好，能迅速缓解患者症状，且安全性较好，值得临床推广。

The safety and efficacy of salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder inhalation in the treatment of moderate to severe asthma

Objective To research and discuss about the therapeutic effects of salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder inhalation in the treatment of moderate to severe asthma. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with asth- ma treated in our hospital from December 2011 to February 2012 were selected and divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the observation group were given with salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder in- halation while patients in the control group were given with nebulized Budesonide. The therapeutic effects and lung function changes were compared between the two groups. Results There were statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.01） in items as pulmonary signs, coughing, breathing difficulties disappear time in which the observation group showed better results. The effective rate of observation group was 91.7%, much higher than that of the control group which was 73.3%. Patients in both groups didn＇t show adverse effects. Conclusion Salmeterol and fluticasone propi- onate powder inhalation can effectively treat moderate to severe asthma with the characteristic of quickly relieve the patient＇s symptoms and better safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
