盆腔粘连细化评分在粘连性不孕患者中的临床应用意义

目的探讨与分析盆腔粘连细化评分在粘连性不孕患者中的临床应用意义。方法选择本院治疗的粘连性不孕患者50例，将所选患者分成3组，轻度粘连组总分为1～5分，中度组粘连总分为6～9分，重度粘连组总分为10～14分，患者术后均接受在妇科门诊或电话随访6个月～2年，其内容有是否妊娠、妊娠方式及时间等，并对其进行统计学分析。结果依照盆腔粘连的细化评分，粘连程度不同的各组之间以往存在的盆腹腔手术史、药物流产、宫腔操作史以及盆腔结核的发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但轻度粘连组与中度粘连组患者的盆腔炎发生率显著较重度粘连组患者低，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论盆腔粘连细化评分可以更加全面、客观地评估盆腔粘连的范围与程度，有利于对盆腔病变情况进行客观了解，为临床对粘连性不孕的治疗与术后妊娠率的预测提供依据。

The clinical application significance of pelvic adhesion refining score in adhesion infertility patients

Objective To discussion and analysis of clinical application significance on pelvic adhesion refining score in adhesion infertility patients. Methods To choose our adhesion infertility patients fifty cases, the selected patients were divided into 3 groups, mild adhesive group the total score of 1-5 points, moderate group total score of 6-9 points, severe adhesion group total score of 10-14 points, all the patients accept in department of gynecology clinic or telephone were followed up for 6 months to 2 years, content was pregnancy, gestational way and time and so on, and carries on the statistical analyzed. Results Pelvic adhesion in the refining score according to different degree of adhesion between the previous existing basin laparoscopic surgery history, medicine flow history, history of uterine cavity opera tion and the incidence of pelvic tuberculosis had no statistical difference （P 〉 0.05）, but mild adhesive group and moderate adhesion group of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease incidence rate was significantly lower in patients with severe adhesion group, the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion To evaluate pelvic ad- hesion of the scope and degree, the pelvic adhesion refining score and help to pelvic lesions of the objective understanding, for clinical on adhesion infertility treatment and postoperative pregnancy rate provides the basis for prediction.
