| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨前牙缺损修复中光固化树脂的临床应用.方法 通过使用光敏树脂利用酸蚀黏结技术对120例前牙缺损患者进行修复.结果 修复成功率达99.2%,临床满意度为94.2%（113/120）.结论 光固化树脂用于前牙缺损的临床修复,操作简单、光洁度好、牙齿颜色好、不变色,是目前较理想的修复材料,其性能等问题尚待进一步探讨与提高.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical application of light-cured resin for restoration of labial teeth defect. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with labial teeth defect were repaired by acid etching adhesive technology of light-cured resin. Results The success rate of restoration was 99.2% with clinical satisfaction rate of 94.2% （113/ 120）. Conclusion The clinical restoration of labial teeth defect by light-cured resin, the ideal restorative materials cur- rently, is a simple operation, can present higher degree of finish and nondiseoloring teeth. But its performance and related questions should be further investigated and improved. |
