宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合妇科手术67例临床分析

目的探讨采用宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术治疗妇科疾病的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2010年1月-2012年6月在本院住院的应用宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术的67例患者的临床资料，分别对患者的手术指征、手术方法、手术效果进行分析。结果67例患者共实施了184项操作，其中腹腔镜147项操作，宫腔镜37项操作，全部在宫腔镜与腹腔镜下完成。术中顺利，所有患者没有发生严重的并发症。结论宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术可同时诊断与治疗宫腔内、盆腔内的女性疾病，具有不开腹、恢复快、创伤小等优点，具有重要的临床价值。

Clinical study on 67 cases performed under hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy

Objective To explore the hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gynecological diseases clinical value. Methods Retrospective analysis surgery clinical data of 67 cases combined with laparoscopy with respectively in our hospital hysteroscopy from January 2010 to June 2012, analysis surgical indications, surgical method, operation effect of the patient. Results A total of 67 patients were carried out 184 items, the laparo-scopic operation 147 items operation, hysteroscopy 37 items operation, which were finished in the hysteroscopic and laparoscopie. Intraoperative smoothly, all of patients were not serious complieation. Conclusion At the same time, hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery can diagnose and treat uterine cavity and pelvic disease in women, there were not laparotomy, quick recovery, small trauma etc, which has the important clinical value.
