某高校离退休人员血糖和血尿酸检测结果分析

目的分析高校离退休人员的血糖、血尿酸的升高水平和性别年龄的关系,为预防疾病提供科学依据。方法对江苏大学1113名离退休人员进行健康体检。对血糖(GLU)、血尿酸(SUA)体检结果进行统计学分析。结果GLU异常率男性16.43%,女性10.38%。SUA异常率男性23.29%,女性5.19%。本次体检上述各项指标,男女差异均有统计学意义。上述各项指标男性不同年龄组之间比较差异均无统计学意义。而女性的GLU指标,不同年龄段之间比较差异有统计学意义。结论加强高校离退休人员尤其是更年期妇女的健康体检和健康教育,对糖尿病和痛风等慢性病做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗,以提高老年人的生活质量。

Analysis on the Levels of Blood Glucose and Serum Uric Acid among Retirees from a University

Objective To analyze the relation between the levels of blood glucose（GLU） ＆ serum uric acid（SUA） and gender ＆ age,so as to provide a scientific basis for disease prevention and control.Methods A medical check-up was conducted among a total of 1113 retirees from Jiangsu University.The results of GLU ＆ SUA were statistically analyzed.Results The incidence of abnormal Glu was 16.43% in males and 10.38% in females.The incidence of abnormal SUA was 23.29% in males and 5.19% in females.There was significant difference in all indicators mentioned above between males and females.All indicators mentioned above for males of different ages showed no significant difference.However,the level of Glu for females of different ages showed significant difference.Conclusion Medical check-up and health education for retirees should be strengthened,especially for those in menopausal period,so that chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus and gout can be detected,diagnosed and treated earlier,and the quality of life for the elderly may be improved.
