腰椎间盘突出髓核在腰椎间盘突出症中的作用机制

本文综述了腰椎间盘突出髓核在腰椎间盘突出症中发病机制的论证。研究的论点在于腰椎间盘突出症的发病机制，以及手法治疗对腰椎间盘突出髓核产生的影响。现在的误区是，学术界按西医手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的思路及影像学在治疗前后的改变来研究保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症，只着眼于突出髓核的病理意义，而无视腰椎内外平衡失调与腰椎间盘突出症的作用机制，只研究突出髓核形态学的变化而未能关注脊椎内、外平衡力学的改变。

The mechanism of action of lumbar intervertebrai disc nucleus pulposus in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

This article reviews the demonstration in the pathogenesis of lumbar intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. The main argument is the pathogenesis of lumbar intervertebral disc hernia- tion, and the effects to nucleus pulposus by spinal manipulation treatment for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Current misunderstanding is that academia follow the thoughts and imaging from Western surgery treatment method for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and use their results before and after treatment to analyze the manipulation treat- ment technique for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. They only focus on the pathological significance of prominent nucleus, and ignore lumbar internal and external balance disorder and the role mechanism of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. They only research on nucleus pulposus morphological change and failed to concern spinal internal and external equilibrium mechanics change.
