子宫背带式缝合术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗剖宫产胎盘因素性产后出血38例临床分析

目的 探讨子宫背带式缝合联合卡前列素氨丁三醇在治疗剖宫产胎盘因素性产后出血处理中的作用.方法 本院剖宫产时胎盘因素引起的产后出血患者76例,采用子宫背带式缝合联合卡前列素氨丁治疗的38例作为观察组,采用子宫背带式缝合联合缩宫素治疗的38例作为对照组,观察两组止血效果.结果 剖宫产胎盘因素性产后出血患者经按摩压迫子宫、8字缝合等治疗无效后,观察组治疗后出血均得到控制,有效率为100%,而对照组有效率为71%,有29%的患者出血没有得到控制,出现失血性休克,而改行次全子宫切除术.结论 子宫背带式缝合联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗剖宫产胎盘因素性出血安全有效、简单易行、止血迅速,是胎盘因素性产后出血首选的止血方法.

Clinical analysis of 38 cases of uterine parceled suture combined with carboprost ammonia butyl alcohol three treatment of cesarean placental factors of postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To explore the role of uterine parceled suture combined with carboprost ammonia butyl alcohol three treatment of cesarean placental factors of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods There were 76 patients in our hospi- tal during caesarean section with placenta factors causing postpartum hemorrhage, there were 38 cases with uterine parceled suture combined with carboprost ammonia butyl alcohol three treatment as the observation group. A control group of 38 cases with uterine parceled suture combined with oxytocin treatment. Observed the hemostatie effect of the two groups. Results Cesarean section placental factors of postpartum hemorrhage treated by uterine massage pressure, 8 suture treatment ineffective, the treatment group after the bleeding was controlled, with an efficiency of 100%, while the control group was 71%, there were 29% patients bleeding could not be controlled, and hemorrhagic shock oc- curred, but diverted to subtotal hysterectomy. Conclusion Uterine parceled suture combined with carboprost ammonia butyl alcohol three treatment of cesarean placental factors of hemorrhage is safe and effective, simple, rapid hemosta- sis. It is the preferred method of treatment of placental factors of postpartum hemorrhage.
