白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术后低视力原因分析

目的探讨造成白内障超声乳化吸除术术后低视力的主要因素。方法回顾性分析白内障超声乳化吸除术600例（686眼），根据中国低视力诊断标准及分级对矫正视力低于0-3者进行详细的眼科检查，分析术后低视力的主要因素。结果本组患者术后1、7、30d低视力发生率分别为51．75％、27．70％、12．24％；术后1、7d低视力发生率较高。结论手术并发症及患者的自身眼病均是术后低视力的主要因素，术前详细地询问病史及仔细的检查能预测术后视力及其恢复情况，更好地避免术后低视力的发生。

Analysis on the reason of low vision after phacoemusification with intraocular lens implantation

Objective To investigate the main causing factors of low vision after phacoemulsification. Methods Sixty cases （686 eyes） of patients after the phacoemulsification were retrospectively analyzed. And according to the diagnostic criteria and classification of low vision, ophthalmologic examinations were performed in detail on patients with corrected visual acuity less than 0.3 to analyze the main causing factors of low vision after phacoemulsification. Results The incidences of low vision in this group of patients 1, 7 and 30 days after the operation were 51.75%, 27.70% and 12.24%, respectively. And the incidences of low vision 1 and 7 days after the operation were higher. Conclusion The surgical complications and eye diseases of patients are the main causing factors of low vision after the phacoemulsification. Inquiring disease history in detail preoperatively and careful examination can predict postoperative visual acuity and the recovery situation to avoid the occurrence of low vision after the phacoemulsification.
