腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术患者围术期机体应激程度的变化研究

目的 探讨腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术患者围术期机体应激程度的变化情况.方法 选取2010年11月～2013年1月于本院进行开腹手术治疗的43例结直肠癌患者为对照组,另外以43例采用腹腔镜手术进行治疗的患者为观察组,然后将两组患者手术前与手术后不同时间点的血清应激激素及氧化应激指标进行检测与对比.结果 观察组术前的血清应激激素及氧化应激指标与对照组差异无统计学意义（P均＞0.05）,而手术后不同时间点的各个指标则明显优于对照组,P均＜0.05,差异均有统计学意义.结论 腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术患者围术期机体应激程度的小于开腹手术,更有利于患者的术后康复.

Study on the change of body stress degree of patients with laparoscopic operation for colorectal carcinoma during the perioperative period

Objective To study the change situation of body stress degree of patients with laparoscopic operation for colorectal carcinoma during the perioperative period. Methods Forty-three patients with colorectal carcinoma and treated with open operation in our hospital from November 2010 to January 2013 were the control group, 43 cases treated with laparoscopic operation were the observation group, then the serum stress hormone and oxidative stress in- dexes of two groups before the operation and at different times after the operation were detected and compared. Re- suits The serum stress hormone and oxidative stress indexes of observation group had no significant differences to those of control group （all P 〉 0.05）, while those indexes at different times after the operation were all obviously better than those of control group, all P 〈 0.05, there were significant differences. Conclusion The body stress degree of pa- tients with laparoscopic operation for colorectal carcinoma during the perioperative period is smaller than that of open operation, and it is more benefit for the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
