苯磺氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压50例临床疗效观察

目的探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法选择符合原发性高血压诊断标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例，分别给予苯磺酸氨氯地平和硝苯地平治疗，观察治疗后降压效果及高血压症状改变。结果治疗组降压效果及症状改善程度明显优于对照组（P分别〈0．05和0．01）。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压优势明显，适合在临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy observation of 50 cases of primary hypertension patients treated by benzenesulfonamide amlodipine

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of amlodipine besylate for the patients of hypertension. Methods The patients who met the diagnostic criteria of hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group （n = 50） and the control group （n = 50）. The observation group was treated with amlodipine nifedipine and the control group was treated with nifedipine. All groups were detected the effect and the changes of high blood pressure symptoms after treatment. Results The antihypertensive effect and the degree of symptom improvement of the observation group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 and 0.01）. Conclusion It has an advantage to use amlodipine be- sylate to treat the hypertension, amlodipine besylate is suitable for clinical application.
