疏血通联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死的疗效分析

目的探讨疏血通联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将100例脑梗死患者分为观察组和对照组，两组均以常规治疗为基础，对照组采用依达托奉治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用疏血通治疗。结果两组患者治疗后的血浆黏度、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原显著低于治疗前，但观察组的改善水平显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组的神经功能改善显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论疏血通能够显著提高依达拉奉对脑梗死的治疗效果，可能与其改善血液流变学指标有关。

The curative effect analysis of Shuxuetong combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate tile clinical efficacy of Shuxuetong combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred cases of cerebral infarction were divided into the observation group and the control group, two groups were the same conventional therapy, the control group was treated with edaravone therapy, and the observation group was given Shuxuetong based on the control group. Results The plasma viscosity, hematocrit, fibrinogen, nerve function after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups, but the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The improve- ment of the nerve function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Shuxuetong can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of edaravone on cerebral infarction; it may be related to improving hemorrheology.
