分化型甲状腺癌68例手术治疗分析

目的探讨分化型甲状腺癌手术治疗的方式、效果。方法回顾性分析2005年5月～2010年12月本院收治的68例分化型甲状腺癌患者的临床资料。结果无手术死亡病例，术后出现喉返神经损伤4例。术后3-6个月恢复正常。双侧甲状腺全切术后出现低血钙3例，经补钙治疗后症状消失。术后随访1～8年，无死亡病例，再手术4例，颈淋巴结转移3例，骨转移1例。结论分化型甲状腺癌应根据病理类型、肿瘤大小、颈部淋巴结转移等选择合理手术方式，可获得良好效果。

Analysis of 68 cases surgical treatment of well-differentiated thyroid cancer

Objective To investigate the way and the elect of surgical treatment of the well-differentiated thyroid cancer. Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with well-differentiated thyroid cancer at our hospital from May 2005 to December 2010 were analysed retrospectively. Results No deaths had occurred after the operation, four cases were complicated by laryngeal nerve damage, recovered normal in 3-6 months. 3 cases serum calcium dropped lower than normal level and regained after calcium supplement. During the follow-up of 1-8 years, no deaths had occurred, 4 cases received reoperation, 3 cases had metastatic cervical lymph nodes, 1 case with bone metastasis. Conclusion To obtain good effect, choose a reasonable operation method on the basis of patients＇ pathological type, tumor size, cer- vical lymph node metastasis.
