老年患者无痛胃镜检查过程中施加护理干预对其心率、血压、血氧饱和度的影响

目的观察在老年患者无痛麻醉状态下行胃镜检查的过程中，施加针对性的护理干预后，对其心率、血压、血氧饱和度的影响，了解老年患者行无痛胃镜检查的安全性，探究如何安全、有效做好老年患者无痛胃镜检查的护理配合工作。方法以静脉推注丙泊酚作为麻醉方式，对76例年龄在65岁以上行胃镜检查的患者的检查过程中施加针对性的护理干预，以多功能监护仪监测并记录存检查前、检查中、苏醒期间和休息15min后患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率和血氧饱和度的变化。结果在麻醉师和内镜检查医师共同协助下，通过施加针对性的护理干预后，与检查前比较，检查中收缩压、舒张压、心率、血氧饱和度均明显较检查前低（P〈0．05），但经休息15min后各生命指征恢复，无严重并发症发生。结论老年患者作为一个特殊的疾病群体，在无痛麻醉下进行具有侵入性的胃镜检查，给予适当的、有针对性的护理十预，严密监测各牛命体征的变化，及时、有效地进行适当的处理，可以安全、有效、顺利地进行无痛胃镜检查。

Effect of nursing intervention on the heart rate, blood pressure and saturation of blood oxygen of gerontal patients who underwent painless gastroscopy

Objective To observate the effect of pertinent nursing intervention on the heart rate, blood pressure and saturation of blood oxygen of gerontal patients who underwent painless gastroscopy and to understand the safety of painless gastroscopy on gerontal patients and to invstigate how to nurse these patients safely and effectively. Methods Pertinent nursing intervention was carried out on 76 patirnts over 65 years old in the process with intravenous injection of propofol on them for anesthesia. Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and saturation of blood oxygen of these pateints before gastroscopy, during the examination, during analepsia and after rest for 15 min were monitered and recorded. Results With the intervention and the assisting from anesthetist and doetors of endoscopy, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and saturation of blood oxygen of these pateints after examination were lower than the ones before examination significantly （P 〈 0.05）, but significanty reeovered after rest for 15 min. Moreover, there was no complication taken place in the procedure. Conclusion Gerontal patients are from a disease group. Pertinent and appropriate nursing intervention carried on them during painless gastroscopy with monitor of varision of vital signs closely and proper treament taken in time and efficiently on them can make the competetion examination more safe, effective and successful.
