地佐辛注射液术后镇痛疗效观察

目的研究地佐辛注射液用于术后镇痛的疗效及安全性分析。方法选择本院2011年5-12月进行腹部手术的患者90例，随机分为观察组和对照组两组，观察组注射地佐辛，对照组注射0．9％氯化钠溶液，分别记录术后患者的疼痛程度，并用100mm视觉模拟评分（VAS），观察手术后24h患者对镇痛药的需求和患者的不良反应。结果手术后观察组的VAS明显低于对照组；同时观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论地佐辛于术后静脉自控镇痛，有较好的疗效，是安全可行的，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy observation of dezocine injection postoperative analgesia

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of dezocine injection postoperative analgesia. Methods Ninety patients of abdominal surgery who were in hospital from May to December 2011 were selected, and then divided ran- domly into two groups, observation group and control group. The observation group were injected to dezocine injection while control group were injected with saline. The different pain degrees of the postoperatives were recorded. 24 hours after the operations, 100 mm visual analogue scale （VAS） were used to learn the patients＂ demand for analgesic ane their adverse reactions. Results After the operation, the VAS of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group. The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was also significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is effective to use dezocine injection on postoperative patient to controll the intravenous analgesia. It is safe and feasible, so it is worth for clinical use.
