胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔保守治疗38例体会

目的探讨胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔保守治疗的适应证及方法，总结临床经验。方法回顾本院2005年3月～2012年12月间收治的38例上消化道穿孔保守治疗的临床资料。结果38例中36例经保守治疗后痊愈出院．2例保守治疗失败转行手术治疗，保守治疗者恢复好，取得满意的疗效，避免了手术及术后并发症的发生，减少了患者痛苦，缩短了住院的时间，降低了住院费用。结论选择合适的胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者保守治疗可以取得满意效果。

The experience of 38 cases of conservative treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcer perforation

Objective To evaluate the indications and methods of conservative treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation and to summarize the clinical experience. Methods Clinical data of conservative treatment of 38 cases of upper digestive tract perforation in our hospital from the March 2005 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Resuits Among the 38 cases, 36 cases were cured by conservative treatment and then discharged from hospital; 2 cases turned to operation treatment for the failure of conservative treatment; conservative treatment had good effect, with a result of achieving satisfactory efficacy, avoiding the occurrence of complications from operation and post-operation, reducing the pain of patients, shortening hospitalization time, and cutting down the cost of hospitalization. Conclusion Choosing the right patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer perforation can get satisfactory results by conservative treatment.
