米索前列醇在稽留流产术中的效果观察

摘    要:目的 探讨米索前列醇在稽留流产术中的临床疗效.方法 选取2007年10月1日~2012年10月16日就诊于本院的稽留流产妇女86例进行回顾性分析并随机分为两组,两组均无明显阴道流血.其中,对照组孕妇直接按人工流产术常规操作进行手术;而观察组孕妇于术前2~4 h给予阴道放置米索前列醇片,感腹痛或有阴道流血后按人工流产手术常规操作进行手术.结果 观察组在术中出血量、手术时间、术中疼痛反应、人工流产综合征以及术时宫颈松弛程度等方面均优于对照组;另外,观察组流产总有效率为95.65%,而对照组则为85.00%,可见,观察组的疗效优于对照组,经分析,各差异具有统计学意义(P 〈 0.05).结论 米索前列醇应用于稽留流产术治疗,疗效确切,安全性高,具有一定的使用价值,值得在临床上推广应用.

Efficacy of observation on misoprostol in missed abortion

Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy of misoprostol in missed abortion. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the 86 women of missed abortion in our hospital from October 1, 2007 to October 16, 2012. They were randomly divided into two groups and there were no obvious vaginal bleeding. The control group directly used artificial abortion conven- tional operation to surgery. The observation group was given vaginal misoprostol tablets 2-4 hours before surgery. While felt a sense of abdominal pain or vaginal bleeding, used artificial abortion conventional operation to surgery. Results The indicators of the observation group such as blood loss, operative time, intraoperative pain reaction induced abortion syndrome and intraoperative cervical relaxation degree were better than the control group. In addition, the to- tal effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%, while the control group was 85.00%. Visible, the efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group which had statistically significant differences (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Misoprostol use in the treatment in missed abortion is effective and safe, which is worth to use in clinical practice.
