产前护理干预对围生期孕产的影响

目的探讨产前护理干预对围生期孕产的影响。方法将2009年3月-2012年2月来本院预约产前检查的孕产妇180例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各90例。对照组给予常规产前检查，观察组在对照组常规产前检查的基础上，在产前6周进行护理干预。观察并比较两组孕产妇的焦虑状况、分娩方式和母乳喂养的选择情况。结果观察组的焦虑评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；在分娩方式的选择上，观察组有87．8％、对照组有57．8％的孕产妇选择了自然分娩，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；喂养方式的选择上，观察组有91．1％、对照组有78．9％的孕产妇选择了母乳喂养，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组优于对照组。结论护理干预可以有效降低孕产妇的心理焦虑情绪，并提高自然生产率以及母乳喂养率，具有较好的应用价值，应该在临床上予以推广。

Effect of prenatal care intervention on perinatal pregnancy and deliver

Objective To investigate the effect of prenatal care intervention on perinatal pregnancy and deliver. Methods One hundred and eighty cases of pregnant women, who ordered prenatal examination in our hospital from March 2009 to February 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 90 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given conventional prenatal examination, and the patients in observation group added nursing intervention 6 weeks before delivery. The anxiety, delivery mode and the choice of breastfeeding in two groups were observed and compared. Results The anxiety score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. In the choice of delivery mode, there were 87.8% of pregnant women in observation group and 57.8% of pregnant women in control group chose natural de- livery, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. In the choice of feeding mode, there were 91.1% of preg- nant women in observation group and 78.9% of pregnant women in control group choose breastfeeding, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, and the observation group was superior to the control group. Conclusion Nurs- ing intervention can effectively reduce anxiety of gravida, and improve the rates of natural delivery and breastfeeding. It has good application value, so it should be extended in clinic.
