严重颅脑外伤呼吸道护理与压疮预防

目的探讨护理干预在重型颅脑外伤呼吸道及压疮中的作用。旨在预防和降低肺部并发症与压疮的发生。方法回顾性总结68例严重颅脑外伤患者的呼吸道护理与压疮预防经验。结果68例严重颅脑外伤中，无肺部感染和压疮发生。结论循症护理为临床护理实践中的决策提供了可靠的科学依据，满足了患者对护理质量、护理人员的业务素质的较高要求，对促进护理学科的发展起着重要作用。加强严重颅脑外伤呼吸道护理和压疮预防，可明显减少并发症，促进患者康复。

Respiratory care and pressure ulcer prophylaxis of serious craniocerebral trauma

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on respiratory and pressure ulcer ot serious craniocerebral trauma. In order to precvent and reduce pulmonary complication and pressure ulcer. Methods The ex- perience of respiratory care and pressure ulcer prophylaxis of 68 patients with serious craniocerebral trauma was retro- spectively reviewed. Results In 68 cases of patients with serious craniocerebral trauma, no case occurred pulmonary infection and pressure ulcer. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing provide a reliable scientific basis for clinical nurs- ing practice in the decision, and it meets patient＇s high requirement for nursing quality and professional quality of nursing staff. It plays an important role in promoting the development of nursing discipline. It can significantly reduce complication and promote recovery that to strengthen the respiratory care and pressure ulcer prophylaxis of serious craniocerebral trauma.
