小儿双金清热口服液联合利巴韦林治疗小儿普通型手足口病的效果观察

目的观察小儿双金清热口服液联合利巴韦林治疗小儿普通型手足口病的临床疗效。方法将50例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例。对照组给予利巴韦林治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用小儿双金清热口服液治疗。观察临床表现，并进行分析。结果治疗组的显效率（76．0％）和总有效率（92．0％）分别高于对照组的显效率（48．0％）和总有效率（72．0％）（P〈0．05）；治疗组热退、皮疹及口腔疱疹消退时间较对照组明显缩短（P〈0．05）。结论小儿双金清热口服液联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病具有显著的抗病毒、退热及改善症状作用。值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of Xiaoershuangjinqingre Oral liquid combined with ribavirin in treatment of children with ordinary type hand-foot-and- mouth disease

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoershuangjinqingre Oral liquid combined with ribavirin in treatment of children with ordinary type hand-foot-and-mouth disease （HFMD）. Methods All of the 50 cases with HFMD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated by ribavirin, the treatment group was treated by Xiaoershuangjinqingre oral liquid on the basis of ribavirin. Then the clinical manifestations were observed and analyzed. Results The significantly efficient rate （76.0%） and the total effective rate （92.0%） in treatment group were higher than that of control group （the significantly efficient rate was 48.0% and the total effective rate was 72.0%）（P 〈 0.05）. The treatment group had significantly shortened the regression time in the fever, rash and oral herpes fading away compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There is a significant antiviral, antipyretic and improving the symptoms effect by using Xiaoershuangjinqingre oral liquid combined with ribavirin in treatment of children with common type of hand-foot-mouth disease, which is worth to populate and apply.
