| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急诊内镜在急性胆源性胰腺炎早期治疗中的应用效果。方法将本院2010年1月～2012年12月收治的48例急性胆源性胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组的患者给予急诊内镜治疗．对照组患者给予保守治疗。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术治疗，观察组在腹痛的缓解时间和白细胞、体温、肝功能恢复正常的时间、平均住院时间等方面明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论急诊内镜在急性胆源性胰腺炎早期治疗中的应用效果显著，值得在临床上广泛使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effectiveness of applying emergency endoscopy in early treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis. Methods Forty eight patients with acute biliary pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group, the treatment group rendered treatment of emergency endoscopy and the control group received expectant treatment. Results All the patients received complete and smooth course through treatment. The mitigation time of abdominal pain, white blood cell count, body temperature, time of liver function returned to normal, and the control grop received average hospitalization time in treatment group were markedly better than these in control group with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of emergency endoscopy in early treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis has significant effectiveness and is worth widely clinical applying. |
