| 摘 要： | 目的 评价BEGO牙种植系统的临床应用效果.方法 选择2007年1月～2012年6月就诊于大连市口腔医院种植中心,采用BEGO种植系统修复缺失牙的患者1611例,共植入种植体2627枚.结果 16枚种植体于种植术后6个月时因松动取出,其余2611枚种植体均于2012年6月前完成上部结构修复.2499枚种植体行固定修复,112枚种植体活动修复.观察时间最长5.5年,最短6个月,累计存留率为99.4%.结论 BEGO种植系统修复缺失牙可获得良好的临床效果.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the early clinical effects of BEGO implant system used for the missing tooth. Methods A total of 2627 implants in 1611 patients were treated by BEGO implant system from January 2007 to June 2012 in the implant center of Dalian Stomatlogical Hospital. Results Sixteen implants of the 2627 endosseous implants was lost during the first 6-month integration after implantaion. A total of 2611 prostheses were delivered before June 2012, including 2499 fixed prosthese and 112 implant-supported removable dentures. The longest follow-up time was 5.5 years,the shortest 6 months. The implant cumulative survival rate was 99.4%. Conclusion BEGO implant prostheses have pretty good clinical effeces. |
