| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨宫、腹腔镜联合导丝治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕症的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析28例输卵管梗阻性不孕症患者应用宫、腹腔镜联合导丝治疗的临床资料,比较分析术后输卵管再通率及妊娠率。结果:宫、腹腔镜联合导丝治疗后输卵管再通率为51.06%,妊娠率为21.43%。结论:应用宫、腹腔镜联合导丝治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕症是一种有效的治疗方法,值得在临床上推广应用。

The clinical value of wire-guided tubal recanalization under hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of occluded oviduct inferlity |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical effect of wire-guided tubal recanalization under hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of occluded oviduct infertility.Methods:28 cases of fallopian tube obstructive infertility patients' clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,the rate of patients' oviduct unobstructed degree and the pregnancy rate after operation was compared.Results:After operation,the rate of patients' oviduct unobstructed degree was 51.06%,the pregnancy rate was 21.43%.Conclusion:Wire-guided tubal recanalization under hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy is an effective treatment method,it is worth popularization and application in clinic. |
