我院西药抗生素药物不良反应监测

目的研究并分析西药抗生素药物临床应用中的不良反应基本规律及其特点,为合理用药提供指导。方法选取本院2012年1～12月所收治住院患者中出现抗生素不良反应的患者共计620例为研究对象,就抗生素药物不良反应涉及药物品种、抗生素类型以及临床表现进行归纳与分析。结果抗感染药物是出现西药抗生素药物不良反应的最主要药种类型,占41.13%（255/620）;β-内酰胺类抗生素是出现药物不良反应的最主要类型,占51.29%（318/620）;皮肤及皮肤附件损害是抗生素不良反应的最主要临床表现,占48.06%（298/620）。结论西药抗生素不良反应问题值得重视,需要慎用此类药物,加强合理用药。

Monitoring for untoward reactions of western antibiotics in our hospital

Objective To study and analyze the basic rules and features of untoward reactions of western antibiotics in clinical application, which provides guidance for the rational use of drug. Methods Total 620 in-patients with untoward reactions of western antibiotics from January 2012 to December 2012 were selected as the research objects. The medicine kinds, antibiotics types and the clinical manifestation involved in the untoward reactions of western antibiotics were concluded and analyzed in details. Results Antibacterial drugs were the major ones with untoward reactions, which accounted for 41.13% （255/620）; the β-lactam antibiotics were the major kinds with untoward reactions, which accounted for 51.29% （318/620）; harm to the skin and the cutaneous appendages were the most important clinical manifestation of the untoward reactions of antibiotics, which accounted for 48.06% （298/620）. Conclusion Attentions shall be paid on reactions of antibiotics. This kinds of drugs shall be used with caution. Rational use of drug shall be strengthened.
