病毒灭活血浆与新鲜冰冻血浆在血浆置换治疗中的效果分析

目的探讨血浆置换中应用病毒灭活血浆与新鲜冰冻血浆的效果差异。方法2012年1-6月洛阳市26例进行血浆置换患者分别采用新鲜冰冻血浆及病毒灭活血浆治疗，并对两组治疗前后的血凝、蛋白等指标进行比较。结果应用病毒灭活血浆组治疗后患者PT、APTT与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），两组治疗前后清蛋白检测差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论大量应用血浆制品时，病毒灭活血浆安全性仍较高，但若患者有出血倾向则易选用新鲜冰冻血浆（FFP）做置换液，临床效果更佳。

The analysis of the effect between the virus inactivated plasma and fresh frozen plasma in the plasma exchange

Objective To investigate the effect of differences between the virus inactivated plasma and fresh frozen plasma in the plasma exchange. Methods Twenty-six cases with plasma exchange in Luoyang City from January to June in 2012 that were used the fresh frozen plasma and the virus - inactivated plasmas. On the two groups, the blood clotting, protein and other indicators were to compare before and after treatment. Results The virus inactivated plasma treatment patientsj PT, APTT had statistically significant difference before treatment （P 〈 0.05）, and the albumin detected between the two groups had not statistically significant before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The virus inactivated plasma security is still high when should used a large number plasma products, but if patients with bleeding tendency, they easy to use fresh frozen plasma （FFP） to do the replacement fluid.
