神经内科内分泌抑制剂联合治疗左心室射血分数正常心力衰竭的疗效分析

目的探讨依那普利、美托洛尔、螺内酯联合治疗左心室射血分数正常心力衰竭（HFNEF）的疗效。方法选择本院2009年6月～2012年8月收治的60例左心室射血分数正常心力衰竭患者,随机分为两组,对照组给予利尿剂、硝酸酯类药物等基础治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用神经内分泌抑制剂：依那普利、美托洛尔、螺内酯治疗,并观察两组的疗效。结果与对照组相比,观察组LVEF治疗后明显高于治疗前,而ESV、EDV变化不大。观察组心功能改善明显好于对照组;两组不良反应发生率相似。结论神经内分泌抑制剂依那普利、美托洛尔、螺内酯联合治疗左心室射血分数正常心力衰竭疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Curative effect analysis of neuroendocrine inhibitors in the treatment of normal left ventricular ejection fraction heart failure

Methods Sixty cases of left ventricle in our hospital from 2009 June to August 2012 were normal ejection fraction in patients with heart failure, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group were given diuretics, nitrates and other treatment; The observation group were treated with neuroendocrine inhibitor enalapril, metoprolol, spironolactone therapy on the basis of control group, and the therapeutic effect were observed between the two groups. Results Compared with control group, the observation group after treatment of LVEF was significantly higher than before treatment, ESV, EDV changed little. The observation group heart function improved significantly better than the control group; The two groups had similar rates of adverse reaction. Conclusion Neuroendocrine inhibitor enalapril, metoprolol, spironolactone on left ventricular ejection fraction of normal heart failure curative effect is accurate, it is worth the clinical promotion.
