风险管理在ICU护理中应用探讨

目的研究风险管理在ICU护理中的作用，以提高护理质量和患者满意度。方法对ICU中可能存在的风险进行评估．将风险管理应用到护理管理中去，采取有效措施提高安全意识。结果风险管理在ICU应用后，护理人员的风险意识、护理水平、服务意识、行为规范、应急能力得到明显提升，患者对护理服务的满意率也明显优于实施前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论风险管理在ICU的应用能显著提高医护人员的护理质量及患者对医院的满意度，值得临床广泛推广。

Application discussion of risk management in ICU care

Objective To explore the effect of risk management in ICU nursing, to improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction. Methods The risks that may existed in the ICU was assessed, and the risk management was applied to nursing management, then took effective measures to improve safety awareness. Results After the risk management application used in the ICU, the risk awareness, level of nursing, service awareness, code of conduct and the emergency response capacity were significantly improved; the satisfaction level of patients for nuring work were significantly higher than those before the risk management, the differences were statistically significant （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of risk management in the ICU can significantly improve the quality of nursing and the satisfaction of patients＇ satisfaction for hospital, which is worthy of widespread in clinic.
