鼻内镜下治疗鼻出血的临床分析

目的观察鼻内镜下治疗鼻出血的临床分析。方法首先应用鼻内镜下云南白药＋鼻腔微型填塞，直接或者进一步应用鼻内镜下电凝＋鼻腔微型填塞治疗鼻出血。结果60例鼻出血，1次治愈57例（95％），2次治愈3例（5％），治愈率为100％。患者痛苦小，随访1个月未再次出血。结论鼻内镜下云南白药＋鼻腔微型填塞对治疗鼻腔前段、静脉性鼻出血就能有显效。鼻内镜下电凝＋鼻腔微型填塞治疗鼻腔较深部位、动脉性出血是最佳的选择。根据鼻出血不同的部位、出血量的多少及难易程度选择有效的方法止血能尽可能减轻患者的痛苦，降低反复鼻出血的概率。

Clinical analysis of the treatment of epistaxis under nasal endoscope

Objective To observe the effect of the treatment of epistaxis under nasal endoscope. Methods First, Yun- nan Baiyao and nasal miniature packing was used under nasal endoscope, and endoscopic electrocoagulation and nasal miniature packing was used only or further to treat epistaxis. Results In 60 cases of patients with epistaxis, 57 cases （95%） were healed by one-time-off, 3 cases （5%） by second time, the cure rate was 100%. Patients had little pain and without bleeding again in 1 month follow-up period. Conclusion Endoscopic Yunnan Baiyao and nasal miniature packing had an obvious effect in the treatment of vein epistaxis in front of nasal cavity. Endoscopic electrocoagulation and nasal miniature packing was the best choice in the treatment of arterial epistaxis in deeper parts of nasal cavity. According to the location of epistaxis, bleeding volume and how difficult, choice of effective hemostasis method may help to alleviate the suffering of patients, and reduce the probability of recurrent epistaxis.
