美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗肠白塞病临床疗效观察

目的探讨美沙拉嗪肠溶片在治疗肠型白塞病中的临床疗效。方法选取2009年8月-2012年8月于本院确诊为肠型白塞病的患者78例,随机分为两组,实验组在常规治疗方法下加用美沙拉嗪肠溶片,对照组采用常规的治疗方法。测量治疗前后患者血液中肿瘤坏死因子仪浓度,观察治疗效果。结果实验组血液中肿瘤坏死因子α浓度治疗后显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组治疗总有效率为87．18％,对照组治疗的总有效率为71．79％,实验组治疗有效率高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论美沙拉嗪肠溶片在治疗肠型白塞病中具有良好的效果．值得临床推广应用。

Clinical curative effect observation of mesalazine slow release tablets in treatment of intestinal white plug disease

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of mesalazine slow release tablets in the treatment of intestinal white plug disease patients. Methods Seventy-eight cases of patients were selected from August 2009 to August 2012 in our digestive department diagnosed with intestinal type white plug disease, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group were used mesalazine slow release tablets on the basis of routine treatment, control group were given the conventional treatment. Patients with blood tumor necrosis factor alpha were measured before and after treatment and curative effect was observed. Results In experimental group, the blood tumor necrosis factor alpha concentration after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate was 87.18% in experimental group, and control group was 71.79%, the treatment efficient of experimental group was higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Mesalazine slow release tablets in treating intestinal type white plug disease has good effect, it is worth clinical application.
