卵巢交界性肿瘤的诊断和治疗

目的探讨临床卵巢交界性肿瘤的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析本院22例卵巢交界性肿瘤患者的临床诊断、治疗资料，通过术后病理切片检查，对比临床有效的检测方法，同时对患者采用的治疗方法进行汇总，特别是针对手术治疗的效果进行分析，研究临床有效率较高的治疗方法，并对患者的存活率进行记录。结果本组22例患者中，死亡3例，5年存活率为95．45％，10年存活率为86．36％。患者采用B超和影像学检查，确诊率较高．临床均为手术切除治疗，患者的治疗有效率较高，疗效显著。结论卵巢交界性肿瘤的临床治疗可能性较高．患者的存活率较高，在临床治疗中可以使用手术切除联合化疗治疗，提高患者的治疗效果。

Diagnosis and treatment of borderline ovarian tumors

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of borderline ovarian tumors. Methods Retrospective analyzed of the clinical diagnosis, treatment data of our hospital in 22 cases of ovarian borderline tumor patients, by postoperative pathological examination, clinical effective detection method, the treatment of patients to carry on the summary, especially for the effect of surgical treatment were analyzed, and the clinical effectiveness of high treatment, and survival rates were recorded. Results Twenty-two cases of patients, 3 cases of death, 5 year survival rate was 95.45%, 10 year survival rate of 86.36%. Patients used ultrasound and imaging examination, diagnosis rate was high, clinical was surgical removal of the treatment, the treatment of patients with high efficient, curative effect was remarkable. Conclusion The clinical therapeutic possibility of borderline ovarian tumors is higher, the higher survival rate of patients, in clinical treatment can use operation .excision combined with chemotherapy treatment, improve patient outcomes.
