临床护理路径在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用

目的 探讨临床护理路径在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果.方法 选取本院收治的120例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用传统教育方法,研究组按照临床护理路径进行健康教育,观察两组患者的满意度、对慢性心力衰竭相关知识的掌握程度以及依从性情况.结果 研究组健康教育达标、依从性、满意度以及慢性心力衰竭知识掌握情况均明显高于对照组,且住院时间和费用均低于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）.结论 慢性心力衰竭患者应用临床护理路径,可有效提高患者对临床护理的满意度,改善患者依从性,降低医疗费用.

The application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group patients were given traditional teaching approach, the study group patients were conducted health education according to the clinical nursing pathway. The satisfaction, mastery condition of chronic heart failure knowledge and compliance in two group patients were observed. Results The health education standard, compliance, satisfaction and mastery condition of chronic heart failure knowledge in study group were significantly higher than that in control group. And the length of stay and expenditure in study group was lower than that in control group, the differences between the two groups were all statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with chronic heart failure can effectively increase patient satisfaction on clinical nursing, improve patient compliance, and reduce medical cost.
