推拿结合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

目的探讨牵引结合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取本院2010年7月～2012年11月期间收治的300例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,采取随机抽样的方法将其分为观察组与对照组各150例,前者采取推拿联合牵引治疗,后者采取单纯的牵引治疗,治疗1个疗程后,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患者临床症状均明显缓解,其中,观察组患者痊愈106例,有效37例,无效7例,有效率为95.3%;而对照组患者痊愈73例,有效35例,无效42例,有效率为72.0%,两组比较其差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论推拿联合牵引治疗可有效的改善人体的微循环,调整人体颈椎内外力的平衡状态,恢复颈椎的正常结构,治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切。

Therapeutic effectiveness observation of massage combined with traction for cervical spondylosis of nerve root type

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of massage combined with traction for cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Methods Three hundred patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type treated in our hospital from July 2010 to November 2012 were selected as study objects. They were assigned into observation group and control group by random sampling, 150 cases in each group. The former was treated group was give massage combined with traction, while the later group was given traction therapy alone. After one course of treatment, the clinical effectiveness of both groups was compared. Results After treatment, the symptoms of both groups were significantly alleviated. In observation group, 106 cases were cured, 37 cases improved, 7 cases unsuccessfully treated, and the effective rate was 95.3%. While in control group, 73 cases were cured, 35 cases improved, 42 cases unsuccessfully treated, and the effective rate was 72.0%. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Massage combined with traction can effectively improve the microcirculation of human body, adjust the equilibrium of internal and external forces in human cervical, restore the normal structure of cervical, has exact and significant therapeutic effectiveness in treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.
