预见性护理在持续腰大池引流中的应用

目的探讨预见性护理在持续腰大池引流中的临床效果。方法应用随机数字法将122例持续腰大池引流患者分为观察组64例，对照组58例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组针对患者存在引流管脱落、堵塞、过度引流的风险实施预见性护理。结果观察组患者在缩短引流与发热的天数方面优于对照组，且降低了引流管的脱管、堵塞的发生率及引流过多等并发症的发生率，两组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论以先防后治为原则的预见性护理不仅提高了持续腰大池引流的成功率，减少了并发症的发生，同时提升了患者的整体护理质量，提高了患者和家属的满意度。

Application of foreseeable nursing for patients treated in continuous lum- bar cerebrospinal fluid drainage

Objective To explore the clinical effect for foreseeable nursing in the treatment of continue lumbar cere- brospinal fluid drainage. Methods One hundred and twenty-two cases of patients with continue lumbar cerebrospinal fluid drainage were divided into control group （64 eases） and experimental group （58 cases）, the control group was given with conventional nursing intervention, and the experimental group was given with foreseeable nursing according to the drainage tube off, clogging, excessive drainage risk on patients. Results The shortened days of drainage and fever for the experimental group were obviously better than that of control group, It also reduced the incidence of drainage tube detached, clogging and drainage excessive incidence of complications. Compared between the two groups, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Foreseeable nursing bases on prevention and cure principle that not only can increase the success in continuous lumbar eerebrospinal fluid drainage, but also reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing quality and patients＇satisfaction.
