腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的临床研究

目的探讨腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的临床疗效。方法对本院2010年4月～2012年10月收治的158例行胆囊切除术的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中，对照组79例患者给予传统开腹胆囊切除术治疗，治疗组79例患者给予腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗，观察并比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、住院时间及并发症的发生情况。结果治疗组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床活动时间及住院时间均明显优于对照组．两组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组并发症发生率为2．5％，对照组并发症发生率为27．8％，两组问比较。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜下行胆囊切除患者术后恢复快，安全性高，并发症少。

Clinical research of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

] Objective To study the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods The clinical data of 158 routine eholecystectomy patients from April 2010 to October 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. 79 patients in the control group were given traditional open eholecystectomy treatment, 79 patients in treatment group were given la- paroseopic eholecystectomy treatment. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative activity time, length of hospital stay, and complications situation were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The opera- tion time, amount of bleeding, postoperative activity time and hospital stay in treatment group were significantly superi- or to the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The complications rate was 2.5% in treat- ment group, and 27.8% in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion After la- paroscopic cholecystectomy, patients recovery fast, the treatment is safe and has less complications.
