摘    要:目的探讨Wnt-1蛋白在子宫肌瘤组织,宫颈病变组织(上皮内瘤变和宫颈鳞癌)中的表达及意义。方法取同期因子宫肌瘤行子宫全切的患者30例,宫颈上皮内瘤变患者(CIN)63例,宫颈鳞癌患者51例,术前均未接受放化疗,或其他治疗。用免疫组化SABC法对Wnt-1蛋白在正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组织和宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达水平进行检测。结果宫颈病变组Wnt-1表达明显高于子宫肌瘤组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001):Wnt-1表达高度病变组高于低度病变组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048),宫颈鳞癌组高于低度病变组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001);宫颈鳞癌组高于高度病变组(P=0.039)。结论Wnt信号通路的主要成员Wnt-1蛋白的过高表达与宫颈病变的发生、发展有关。

The expression and mean of Wnt-1 in cervical carcinoma and precancer- ous lesion

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of Wnt-1 in patients with fibroid and cervical lesion (cervical in- traepithelial neoplasia and cervical carcinoma). Methods Fibroid tissue were selected from 30 fibroid patients who un- derwent hysterectomy from our department in the same period and Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) were chose from 63 patients while cervical squanlous cell carcinoma(SCC)were picked from 51 cases of patients, none of them re- ceived any treatment such as preoperative radiothe-rapy or chemotherapy. To detect Wnt-1 by immunohistochemistry (SABC)in fibroid tissue, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical squamlous cell carcinoma. Results The expres- sion positive rate of Wnt-1 protein in cervical lesion tissues were significantly higher than that in fibroid tissues, and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.001). HSIL group were higher than the low-grade lesions, the dif- ference was statistically significant (P = 0.048); squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix were higher than low-grade le- sions group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.001);cervical squamous cell carcinoma group were higher than HSIL group (P = 0.039). Conclusion Wnt-1 protein, the main members of the Wnt signaling pathway, play an important role when it is over expression in the cervical lesion progress.
