腰硬联合阻滞和硬膜外阻滞在剖宫产手术中的应用比较

目的比较腰硬联合阻滞和硬膜外阻滞在剖宫产手术中的应用。方法选取2011年6月-2012年6月本院收治的行剖宫产手术的患者100例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，观察组采用腰硬联合阻滞，对照组采用硬膜外阻滞，比较两组麻醉效果、术后镇痛效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组麻醉优良率及术后镇痛优良率均高于对照组，两组比较均差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．01）。两组均无严重不良反应，对新生儿Apger评分无影响。结论在剖宫产手术中，腰硬联合阻滞较硬膜外阻滞麻醉效果及术后镇痛效果好，且无严重不良反应。

Application comparion of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia and epidural anaesthesia in cesarean section

Objective To compare the application of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia and epidural anesthesia in cesarean section. Methods One hundred cases of patients with cesarean section surgery in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, 50 patients in the observation group were given combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, control group were given epidural anaesthesia, the effects of anesthesia, postoperative analgesia and adverse events of the two groups were compared. Results Anesthesia excellent rate and the postoperative analgesic excellent rate in observation group were higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. There were no serious adverse events, had no effect on ratings newborn Apger scores. Conclusion Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia has better anesthesia effects and postoperative analgesia in cesarean section than epidural anaesthesia, and has no serious adverse reactions.
