| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨剖宫产术同期剔除子宫肌瘤的疗效.方法 按照随机数字表法将70例患者分为两组,治疗组患者剖宫产术同期行子宫肌瘤剔除术,对照组仅给予剖宫术.观察两组患者的围生期指标、术后恢复情况等.结果 治疗组手术时间比对照组长,差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）,其他围生期指标、术后恢复情况两组差异均无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）.结论 在把握手术适应证的前提下,剖宫产术同期剔除子宫肌瘤是安全有效的.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of myomectomy during cesarean section. Methods Seventy patients were divided into two groups according to the random number, patients in the treatment group were given myomectomy during cesarean section, patients in the control group were given only cesarean section. Perinatal indicators and post- operative recovery situation were observed in the two groups. Results Operation time in the treatment group was longer than that in the control group, there was significant （P 〈 0.05）. About the other perinatal indicators and postoperative recovery situation, there was no difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Myomectomy during cesarean section is safe and ef- fective in the grasp of the surgical indications. |
