摘    要:目的查明本起群体性食物中毒的原因,为今后预防和控制类似事件提供借鉴。方法根据流行病学调查、临床表现、实验室检验和食物中毒诊断标准进行分析。结果在4份患者肛拭样品及4份剩余食品中检出生物学形状一致的鸭沙门氏菌4株。结论该起事件为侵袭性大肠埃希菌(EIEC029:K?)污染食物引起的食物中毒。

Investigation of food poisoning caused by enteroinvasive escherichia coli

Abstract:Objective To find out the cause of the groupment food poisoning incidents, and provide evidence for pre- venting and controlling similar incidents in the future. Methods The analysis of food poisoning was on the basis of the epidemiological investigation, clinical manifestations, laboratory testing results and diagnostic criteria. Results Four strains salmonella anatum with same biological characteristics were detected in the anal swab samples of 4 patients and 4 remaining food samples. Conclusion The food poisoning incident was caused by poisonous food contaminated by enteroinvasive escherichia, coli (EIEC 029: K? ).
