米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血临床观察

目的 探讨米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效.方法将84例围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组给予安宫黄体酮10 mg/d治疗,观察组采用米非司酮6.25 mg/d治疗,观察两组治疗后疗效.结果 两治疗后FSH、E2、LH和P水平均较治疗前有明显下降,且观察组下降幅度较对照组更为明显（P ＜ 0.05）;观察组子宫前、后径及子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积改善均显著优于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）;对照组不良反应发生率为19.05%,观察组为4.76%,两组不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）.结论 米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血临床疗效可靠,且不良反应较轻,值得推广应用.

A Clinical observation of mifepristone for treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective To explore the clinical effect of mifepristone for treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Eighty-four patients of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with each groups of 42 patients, the control group were treated with 10 mg/d Medroxyprogesterone Acetate, the observation group were treated with 6.25 mg/d Mifepristone, follow up 3 months and evaluate the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results After treatment, the FSH,E2,LH and P level of two groups signif- icantly decreased （P 〈 0.05）, and the observation group lower than control group （P 〈 0.05）; The improvement of en- dometrial thickness and uterus volume in observation group were significantly decreased than control group （P 〈 0.05）; The rate of adverse of control group was 19.05%, and observation group was 4.76%, there was significantly difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding with mifepris- tone is a safe and validity method, is worthy of promotion and application.
