| 摘 要： | 目的探讨优质护理服务和健康教育对骨结核患者恢复的影响。方法分析本院收治的125例骨结核患者，将其按随机数字表法分为观察组64例，给予优质护理服务和健康教育，对照组61例，给予常规护理。在两组患者出院后对其护理满意度、住院时间和对骨结核知识的掌握程度进行比较。结果观察组患者在护理满意度、住院时间和对骨结核知识的掌握程度上与对照组患者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在骨结核患者恢复中应用优质护理服务和健康教育，可以显著提高护理满意度，缩短患者住院时间。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of high-quality nursing service and health education in recovery of bone tuberculosis patients. Methods One hundred and twenty-five patients suffering from bone tuberculosis admitted into our hospital were divided into two groups according to random number table. Patients in observation group （n = 64） were offered high-quality nursing service and health education, while patients in control group （n = 61） were provided with routine nursing. After discharge from hospital, the nursing satisfaction, time for hospitalization, and obtained levels of bone tuberculosis knowledge in both groups were compared. Results Compared with control group, those indexes of nursing satisfaction, hospital stays and the master degree of bone tuberculosis knowledge in observation group dis- played a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In recovery of bone tuberculosis patients, .application of high- quality nursing service and health education can remarkably improve nursing satisfaction and shorten hosoital stays. |
