早期腹腔镜腹腔灌洗引流治疗重症急性胰腺炎合并腹腔积液

目的探讨早期腹腔镜腹腔灌洗引流治疗重症急性胰腺炎合并腹腔积液的临床疗效。方法选择本院2008年2月～2012年2月收治入院的重症急性胰腺炎合并腹腔积液的60例患者早期采用经腹腔镜腹腔灌洗引流、胰包膜切开,观察临床疗效。结果全组无死亡病例,均获治愈,随访1．28个月,无并发症发生,恢复良好。结论早期腹腔镜腹腔灌洗引流能迅速消除腹腔内毒性渗液及酶性物质,有效降低并发症的发生,是一种安全、可靠的微创治疗手段。

Early treatment Of laparoscopic peritoneal lavage and drainage on severe acute pancreatitis combined with ascites

Objective To probe into the clinical effect of severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）combined with ascites treated by laparoscopic peritoneal lavage and drainage at an early stage. Methods Sixty patients with SAP combined with as- cites admitted into our hospital from February 2008 to February 2012 were selected and treated by peritoneal lavage, drainage and pancreatic envelope incision through laparoscope to observe the clinical effect. Results All patients were cured and in good recovery. No complications were occurred after 1 to 28 months follow-up. Conclusion Early-stage laparoscopic peritoneal lavage and drainage can quickly eliminate the toxic infiltration and enzymic substance in ab- dominal cavity, and effectively decrease the occurrence of complication, which is a reliable, safe and minimally inva- sive therapeutic treatment.
