熊去氧胆酸在治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病中的作用

非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）是一种以肝细胞脂肪变性和脂质沉积为特征，但无过量饮酒史的临床综合征。NAFLD疾病谱包括非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎（NASH）及其相关的肝纤维化和肝硬化。虽然NAFLD现已成为全球最常见的肝脏疾病之一，但目前仍无有效治疗手段和药物。现有研究提示熊去氧胆酸（UDCA）对NAFLD有一定治疗作用，本文就基于循证医学证据总结UDCA在NAFLD治疗方面的现状，并就UDCA的疗效作一评价和综述。

Role of Ursodeoxycholic Acid in the Treatment of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） is a clinical syndrome characterized by hepatic steatosis and fat deposition in hepatocytes in the absence of overcomsumption of alcohol. NAFLD consists of a spectrum of disorders ranging from simple fatty liver, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis （NASH） and fibrosis/cirrhosis. So far, there are no effective therapeutic methods or drugs for NAFLD, despite it has already become one of the most common liver diseases globally. Results of current studies showed that ursodeoxycholic acid （UDCA） had some promising effect on NAFLD. This review discussed the evidence-based results concerning the current status of UDCA in the treatment of NAFLD.
