| 摘 要： | 谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ）是反映机体抗过氧化能力的指标之一．作者采用５’５—二硫对硝基苯甲酸（ＤＴＮＢ）间接比色法测定颌面部恶性肿瘤患者２２例ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ６３．１７±７．３９ｕ／Ｌ，颌面部外伤患者１１例８６．３９±１１．２５ｕ／Ｌ，正常健康人２０例１２３．８１±２８．５４ｕ／Ｌ，经ｔ检验得知，恶性肿瘤组与外伤组之间差别显著（ｔ＝４．３７７８ｒ＝３１ｐ＜０．００１），恶性肿瘤组与正常健康人之间差别显著（ｔ＝３．０５８１ｒ＝４０ｐ＜０．０１）外伤组与正常健康人之间无差别（ｔ＝０．９２０１ｒ＝２９０．３＜ｐ＜０．４

A Study on the Activity of GSH-PX of the Patients with Stomatosis |

| Abstract: | Glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) is one of the signs to reflect the capability of anti-peroxide of human.The author used DTNB to determine 22 cases of oral and maxillofacial malignancies,the results were GSH-PX 63.17±7.39u/L;11 cases of injury in the oral and maxillofacial regions,GSH-PX 86.39±11.25u/L;and 20 cases of normal controls,GSH-PX 123.81±28.5u/L.The results showed:The difference between The malignancies group and injury group were significant(p<0.001).The difference between the malignancies group and normal controls were significant(p<0.01).The difference between the injury group and normal controls were not significant(p<0.3). |
