鼠牙胚的体外培养的实验观察

目的：组织学观察鼠牙胚的体外发育．方法：１７天大鼠（ＳＤ）胚胎的下颌第一磨牙置于微孔滤膜上培养，培养液为ＤＭＥＭ＋１０％ＦＣＳ，５０μｇ／ｍｌＶｉｔＣ．结果：体外牙胚可进一步发育，间质细胞分化为成牙本质细胞和形成前期牙本质．结论：这种培养条件可保持鼠磨牙的体外发育

Study of Developing Rat Molar Tooth Germs in Vitro

Objective:The development of rat tooth germs in vitro was studied histologically.Method:Tooth germs(first mandibular molars) obtained from 17-day-old rat(SD) embryos were cultured for 3,6,or 9 days on millipore filters in DMEM supplemented with 10%FCS,50μg/ml Vitamin C,Results:In vitro the tooth germs were able to develop into more progressive stage,some mesenchymal cells differentiated into odontoblasts and deposited predentine.Conclusion:The result demonstrated that this culture condition could maintain the development of rat molar in vitro.
