天山北坡城市群孕妇被动吸烟现况调查及影响因素分析

目的了解天山北坡城市群孕妇被动吸烟状况并分析相关影响因素。方法于2014年9月—2015年8月,采用分层随机整群抽样方法对天山北坡城市群1 249名符合纳入和排除标准的孕妇进行问卷调查,并采用多因素logistic回归分析其被动吸烟的影响因素。结果孕妇被动吸烟率为54.6%(682/1 249),其中在公共场所的被动吸烟率最高(40.9%,512/1 249),其次为工作地点(26.7%,262/980)和家中(20.8%,260/1 249)。孕期工作、丈夫吸烟是孕妇被动吸烟的危险因素(P0.05),OR(95%CI)分别为1.325(1.004~1.749)和2.748(2.154~3.506);孕次3次以上是孕妇被动吸烟的保护因素(P0.05),OR(95%CI)为0.303(0.169~0.543)。结论天山北坡城市群孕妇被动吸烟率较高,应积极开展控烟禁烟活动,加强对公共场所禁烟的监管,以保护孕妇健康。

Pregnant women passive smoking status and related factors of urban agglomeration on northern slope of Tianshan Mountains

Objective To know the current passive smoking status and analyze the related factors of pregnant women in urban agglomeration on northern slope of Tianshan Mountains.Methods From September 2014 to August 2015,a total of 1 249 pregnant women meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected with the method of stratified random cluster sampling for analysis on the influence factors of passive smoking by binary logistic regression model.Results The rate of passive smoking was 54.6％(682/1 249),the rate of passive smoking in public places was the highest (40.9％,512/1 249),followed by working place (26.7％,262/980) and home (20.8％,260/1 249).Working,husband smoking were the risk factors associated with passive smoking of pregnant women (P＜0.05),ORs (95％CI) were 1.325 (1.004-1.749) and 2.748 (2.154-3.506) respectively.The gravidity of more than three was the protective factor associated with passive smoking of pregnant women (P＜0.05),OR(95％CI) was 0.303(0.169-0.543).Conclusion Passive smoking rate of pregnant women is higher,the supervision should be strengthened to public smoking control to protect the health of the pregnant women.
