X线机高压测量分析仪信号采集系统的研制

目的：设计与研制X线机高压测量分析仪信号采集系统。方法：系统由线性放大电路、数据采集、USB接口和计算机等4部分组成。通过高压分压箱得到X线机高压发生器的分压信号,经A/D转换把信号转换成数据,通过USB接口输入计算机,实现信号的实时显示、存储、分析和参数计算。结果：使用USB接口不仅能够实现快捷、实时的数据传输,而且使得整个系统体积更小,更便于安装和使用。结论：该数据采集系统完全能够满足X线机高压发生器次级数据的显示、分析和计算,使用该课题设计制作的高压分析仪分析次级电压,可以改进X线机的设计,提高X线机的性能。

Development of Signal Acquisition Unit of X-ray High-voltage Measurement & Analysis Instrument

Objective To obtain the low-voltage signal which is deprived from the X-ray high-voltage,and to transmit it to the computer through the USB port to realize the function of real-time display,storage,analysis and etc.Methods The whole system was made up of four parts including the linear amplifier circuit,data acquisition circuit,USB interface circuit and the computer.Results USB interface not only could realize the immediate and reliable transmission of the data,but also make the whole system more integrated and easier to install and use.Conclusion The signal acquisition unit can be used for the display,analysis and calculation of the secondary data of the high voltage generator of X-ray instruments.The high voltage analyzer used for secondary voltage analysis can improve the design of X-ray machine.
