| 摘 要： | 应用型人才已成为预防医学本科教育的培养目标之一。本文阐述了多元化教学法在预防医学专业营养与食品卫生学课程教学内容和教学环节中的设计与实施,从优化的立体教学体系构建了应用型人才的特色教学培养模式。

| Abstract: | Practical talents have become one of the objectives of undergraduate education of preventive medicine. The article expounds on the design and implementation of multiplex teaching method in the teaching content and links of nutrition and food hygiene course. We have constructed a featured practical talents training mode with an optimized all-dimensional teaching system. |
